国外农村地区产业集聚政策研究综述及其启示被引量：1

The study of industrial agglomeration policy in foreign rural areas and its enlightenment

摘要产业集聚政策是国外政府普遍采用的农村发展策略,国外对农村地区产业集聚政策进行了多种分析研究。产业集聚政策对农村地区的经济增长、就业和收入提高以及商业投资都具有重要影响。我国应该吸收借鉴国外经验,以产业集聚政策发展农村经济,当然,鉴于各国农村情况的客观差异,农村地区实施产业集聚政策应该谨慎行事。 Industrial agglomeration policy is taken as one popular strategy for rural development by foreign governments, and lots of studies have been taken for the policy, industrial agglomeration policy has important effect on economics development, employment and income improvement, as well as investment in rural areas. Our country should draw on foreign experiences to develope rural economics by industrial agglomeration policy. Of course, industrial agglomeration policy should be carefully implemented in rural areas because of objective differences in different countries.
