要真正实现和发展党内民主、构建新的权力运行架构,需要继续以改革创新的精神,进一步健全与完善中国共产党党代表任期制。应从党代表权利制度、党代表活动制度、党代表履职保障制度、党代表监督制度等四个方面为着力点,健全与完善党代表任期制要素体系。

In order to realize and develop the democracy in and out of the Party as well as building a brand-new framework of power operation, the Party representative term system must be further completed with a spirit of reform and innovation in the aspeets of Party representative right system, activity system, duty-fulfillment guarantee system and supervision system.
