摘要
"平安校园"的内涵就是一种稳定化、秩序化、理性化、和谐化的校园运行状态,"平安校园"建设是我国高等教育在新的发展格局下向更高目标发展并保证这一发展的必然需要,已成为当前我国构建和谐社会的一种重要的社会实践,需要在政治领导、安全教育、制度创新、安全管理和营造环境等方面采取措施给予系统建设。
The connotation of ＂safe campus＂ is a steady, ordered, rational and harmonious operating state. The construetion of it is the need of further development of higher education in China in this new period as well as an important social practice of the building of a harmonious society. ＂Safe campus＂ should be systematically built in the aspects of political leading, security education, institutional innovation, security administration and environment creation.
