七丹胶囊急性毒性试验研究

Study on Acute Toxicity Test of Qidan Capsules

目的研究七丹胶囊的急性毒性反应。方法采用24h内最大浓度1次灌胃给药,观察2周内小鼠体质量、行为以及死亡等情况。结果给药组小鼠观察期内无明显因药物引起的中毒反应及死亡情况,小鼠一日最大给药剂量为26.0g/kg,相当于临床成人每日常量的108倍。结论七丹胶囊无明显的急性毒性反应。

Objective To study acute toxicity of Qi dan capsules in mice.Methods Through one time gastric infusion of the maximum concentration,to observe body weight,behavior and death and so on in mice.Results Drug-treated mice had no significant due to drug-induced toxic reactions and death in mice in the two weeks observation period,it is equivalent to the clinical adult daily constants 108 times for the largest dose 26.0g/kg in mice.Conclusion Qi dan capsules had no obviously the acute toxicity in mice.
