摘要
目的建立测定余甘子中总鞣质和没食子酸的含量的方法。方法以没食子酸为对照品,分别用紫外分光光度法及高效液相色谱法测定余甘子中总鞣质和没食子酸含量。结果余甘子中总鞣质含量为11.44%,余甘子中没食子酸含量为3.35%。结论该方法操作简便准确,重复性好。
Objective To determine total tannins and gallic acid in Fruits of Tibetan medicine Phyllanthus emblica.Methods With the gallic acid as reference,tannins and gallic acid of Tibetan medicine Phyllanthus emblica were determined by ultraviolet spectrophtometer and high performance liquid chromatography.Results The content of total tannins in fruits of Tibetan medicine Phyllanthus emblica was 11.44%,the content of gallic acid in Fruits of Tibetan medicine Phyllanthus emblica was 3.35%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.
