摘要
目的建立以高效液相色法测定胃康胶囊中橙皮苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱为CenturySIL C18-AQ(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(21:79),流速为0.8mL·min-1,检测波长为284nm,柱温为室温,进样量为20μL。结果橙皮苷浓度在8.12～129.92μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.84%,RSD为1.08%。结论方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为胃康胶囊的含量测定方法。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of hesperidin in Weikang capsules.Methods Chromatographic assay was performed on CenturySIL C18-AQ（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） column at room temperature,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid solution（21：79）,the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was at 284nm,the sample size was 20 μL.Results A good linear relationship were achieved when the concentration range of hesperidin was in the range of 8.12～129.92 μg·mL-1,the average recovery was 98.84% with RSD of 1.08%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and stable with good reproducibility,it can be used for determination of hesperidin in Weikang capsules.
