护理干预对混合痔术后康复效果的观察

Observation of Nursing Intervention Effect on the Recovery after Mixed Hemorrhoid Operation in 84 Cases

目的探讨护理干预对混合痔术后康复效果的影响。方法将84例混合痔患者随机分为两组,干预组42例,对照组42例。对照组常规行术前及术后护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上由肛肠科专科护士进行综合护理干预,包括健康教育、心理疏导及心理暗示、饮食指导、康复训练等。结果切口愈合及肛门不适症状消退时间两组比较有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论对混合痔手术病人进行综合护理干预,可提高病人对术后疼痛的耐受及自我应对能力,促进切口的愈合,缩短康复时间。

Objective To discuss the effect of nursing intervention on the recovery after mixed hemorrhoid operation.Methods 84 cases with mixed hemorrhoid were randomly divided into 2 groups：intervention group and control group,42 in each;routine nursing was provided to patients in both groups before and after operation while general nursing intervention,including health education,psychological guidance,diet instruction and rehabilitation training performed by nursing from anorectal surgical department was added to patients in intervention group.Results The comparison of incision healing and the time for the relief of anus discomforts between the 2 groups was of significant difference （P0.05）.Conclusions General nursing intervention for patients after mixed hemorrhoid operation can raise their tolerance to pain,promote the incision healing and shorten the rehabilitation time.
