甘肃中介服务业发展问题研究——以会计、税务、资产评估、法律中介为重点

Research on the Development of Gansu's Intermediary Service Industry——Focused on the accounting,taxation,assets evaluation and legal intermediary

中介服务业作为现代市场经济平稳高效运行的支持系统,其发育程度及在服务业中所占比重,是衡量一个国家和地区市场经济成熟程度和经济竞争力的重要标志之一。本文通过对甘肃中介服务业发展现状的梳理,深入剖析了甘肃中介服务业发展存在的问题,并在此基础上,探讨了推行"定率征收"税收制度的可行性,提出了促进甘肃中介服务业发展的对策建议。

The intermediary services,as the support system to keep modern market economy operating steadily and high-efficiently,its degree of development and proportion in the service industry is an important landmark to measure the maturity of the market economy and economic competitiveness of a country or region.In this paper,we analyze the problems of Gansu intermediary services in the development with its current situation.On this basis,we probe into the feasibility of the ＂fixed-rate levy＂ and propose suggestions on promoting development of intermediary services in Gansu.
