甘肃省主要特色农产品比较优势分析及对策研究

Research on the Main Primary Products' Comparative Advantages in Gansu

近年来甘肃全省初步形成了以马铃薯、棉花、瓜类、蔬菜、中药材、烤烟等为代表的区域性优势产业和产品。为认清甘肃省农产品比较优势状况及其发展变化趋势,以期为有关部门制定农业区域政策和农业区域规划提供决策依据,本文采用了生产集中度指数、效率优势指数以及规模优势指数对甘肃省几种主要特色农产品的生产现状进行了比较分析,并就如何发挥甘肃特色农产品的比较优势和竞争优势提出了一些对策建议。

For the past few years,kinds of industry and products in the area of Gansu Province were formed gradually.Products contain potatoes,cotton,melon,vegetables,cured tobacco and traditional Chinese medicinal materials.For the purpose of making clear the industry＇s comparative advantages and developing trend,the primary products＇ features in Gansu Province are analyzed and compared by the use of production concentration indices,efficiency advantage indices and scale advantage indices,so as to provide the strategy and the foundation for the government when it formulates agricultural regional policy and planning.Then some suggestions are proposed for how to achieve the comparative advantage and competitive advantage.
