摘要
法律信仰是一个国家法治建设的精神意蕴和心理基础,是法治社会中最高层次的理念问题。本文从社会主体在法律信仰和法治社会中的重要地位入手,分析了制约我国法律信仰生成的原因,同时在对我国法治建设的现状进行深刻剖析后,尝试性地为我国法律信仰的生成和法治社会的建设提供几条建设性的路径选择。
The legal belief is the spiritual and psychological foundation of one country＇s legal construction.It is also the highest level of concept in the society ruled by law.From the important position of the main society in legal belief and the society ruled by law,reasons are analyzed which restrict production of China＇s legal belief.Simultaneously,several constructive approaches are trized offering for production of China＇s legal belief and construction of the society ruled by law after profound analysis of current situation of China＇s legal construction.
