文学翻译中的译者主体性——兼评《名利场》三种译本

The Subjectivity of Translators in Literary Translation——And commenting on three translated versions of Vanity Fair

翻译过程是译者在文化、社会和个人因素的制约下发挥其主体性的过程。本文试图借助阐释学,关注和考察翻译过程中译者主体性的体现,并在比较《名利场》译本的基础上,认为译者对文本的主体性选择、译者对原文文本的解读以及译者作为译文作者体现出的创造性是译者主体性的三大表现。

The translation process involves translators＇ subjectivity under the influence of cultural,social and individual elements.The hermeneutics is drawn on to examine the subjectivity of translators in the translation process.Through a comparative analysis of three translated versions of Vanity Fair,the author argues that translators＇ subjective choice of the source text,translators＇ interpretation of the source text and translators＇ creation in target texts all reflect the subjectivity of translators.
