腈氯纶/汉麻纤维阻燃织物的开发及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过调节腈氯纶在纬纱中的含量及织物组织结构,可获得阻燃性、耐光性、麻型感较好的织物。纬纱中腈氯纶占90%时,织物阻燃性能最好;占80%时,织物达到阻燃要求。织物在垂直于阻燃纱线方向上的阻燃性能优于平行方向。缎纹组织的阻燃能力稳定性优于平纹和斜纹。腈氯纶在阻燃的同时还可提高织物的耐光性。腈氯纶/汉麻纤维阻燃织物非常适合窗帘、沙发布、车内织物等用途。 A fabric with good flame retardancy,light stability and bast type feeling is obtained by altering the weaving structure and the mass percentage of modacrylic fiber with chloride in the weft yarn.The optimal and critical blend ratios of modacrylic fiber are 90% and 80% respectively.The flame retardancy of warp direction is better than that of weft direction where flame retardant yarns are.Satin weave has a better flame retardant stability than plain weave or twill weave.The modacrylic fiber can also improve the light stability of the fabric besides its contribution to flame retardancy.Flame retardant fabric with modacrylic fiber/hemp fiber is very suitable for curtains,sofa cloths,vehicle fabrics,etc.
