苯甲醇对腈纶纤维染色的影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过测定上染率、K/S值、染色牢度及腈纶纱线断裂强力,探讨了苯甲醇作为腈纶低温染色助剂时的低温染色工艺,并就腈纶纤维低温染色工艺和常规染色工艺的染色性能进行了比较。结果表明:苯甲醇用量为8 mL/L时能够使腈纶的染色温度降低到80℃,采用该低温染色工艺对腈纶进行染色,不仅能降低染色温度,减少能耗,同时,上染率、K/S值和色牢度均能基本达到常规沸染时的水平。 For the purpose of studying the low temperature dyeing process onto acrylic fiber,benzyl alcohol is studied as the low temperature dyeing agent,and the low temperature dyeing process is compared with the conventional boiling dyeing process by measuring the dye uptake,K/S values,color fastness,and acrylic yarn breaking strength in this paper.The results show that the dyeing temperature of acrylic fibers can be reduced to 80℃ when the dosage of benzyl alcohol is 8mL/L.Using this dyeing process for acrylic fibers,the dyeing temperature and energy consumption are reduced.Simultaneously,the low temperature dyeing process makes acrylic fibers basically obtain the same level of the dye uptake,K/S values and colour fastness as the conventional boiling dyeing.
