摘要
通过研究一系列乙酸酯类化合物对分散染料上染PLA纤维的上染率及表观色深值的影响,筛选了促染效果较好的乙酸正戊酯与乙酸正己酯进行最佳用量、强力、色光稳定性及色牢度的测定比较。结果表明:两者均可显著提高染料上染率,乙酸正戊酯和乙酸正己酯分别在用量为8 mL/L和4 mL/L时分散染料对聚乳酸染色的上染率及K/S值最大,用量大于2 mL/L后,染后聚乳酸纱线的强力随其用量的增加不断下降,尤以乙酸正己酯的下降幅度较为明显,乙酸正戊酯及乙酸正己酯对各分散染料上染聚乳酸的色光无较大影响,但色牢度略有下降。
This paper studies the effect of some acetic esters on the dye-uptake and K/S value of disperse dyes in PLA fibers,tests and compares the optimum dosage,yarn strength,color consistency and color fastness of two acetic esters which are screened out.The results show that n-amyl acetate and n-hexyl acetate can increase dye-uptakes of disperse dyes in PLA fabrics obviously,their optimum dosage is respectively: 8mL/L and 4mL/L,the strength of PLA yarn decrease with the dosage of n-amyl acetate and n-hexyl acetate increasing,especially n-hexyl acetate,when their dosage more than 2mL/L,the two esters have no obvious effect on color consistency,but color fastness of the dyed PLA fabrics are decreased slightly.
