摘要 研究慢回弹聚氨酯发泡材料的形态结构、透气性能及对材料隔声性能的影响。结果表明:透气性差,泡孔越大且分布越均匀的材料其隔声性能较好;钢渣粉的加入,降低了材料的透气性,但能有效提高材料的隔声性能。材料的隔声性能在厚度较小时随着厚度增加而增加,但是当厚度超过5 cm后,材料的隔声量增加趋缓。 This paper studies the structure,air permeability and some factors affecting the sound insulation performance of slowly-recoverable polyurethane foam.The results show that the foamed polyurethane with lower air permeability and lager pores has better sound insulation performance,and SSP added in the polyurethane can reduce the air permeability but improve the insulation performance easily.The acoustic insulation performance is improved with the increase of the thickness of polyurethane,but when the thickness of material is larger than 5 cm,the sound insulation increases very slightly with thickness until having marginal effect on it.
