摘要
通过静电纺丝以及冷冻甲醇/水凝固浴后期处理,制备了直径亚微米或纳米数量级的棕色原棉纤维素静纺纤维,且其纤维束或粘附现象较少。通过SEM观察,与室温条件相比,-15℃冷冻甲醇/水凝固浴后期处理得到棕色原棉纤维素静纺纤维形貌较好,粘附现象较少且直径明显降低。在棕色原棉纤维素LiCl/DMAc溶液的可静电纺丝条件下,随电场强度增大、挤出速率和收集距离减小,其静纺纤维粘附或纤维束现象减轻。通过I mage-ProPlus6.2图像软件处理,在电场强度为1.4 kV/cm,挤出速率为0.02 mL/min,收集距离为15 cm,由1%棕色原棉纤维素LiCl/DMAc溶液的静电纺丝可得平均直径为125 nm,方差为44.69的静纺纤维。
Submicron fiber or nanofiber from brown cotton fiber cellulose solution in LiCl/DMAc system is prepared through electrospinning and subsepuent freezing treatment via methanol/water(9/1) solution.It is found that fusion can be reduced more after treatment via methanol/water(9/1) solution at 258K,and the diameter of electrospun fiber can decrease obviously through SEM,compared to room temperature treatment.During the electrosping processing,higher electrical strength,lower flow rate and smaller collection distance all reduce the electrospun fiber fusion and fiber bounding.At last through Image-Pro Plus 6.2 charactering,electrospun fiber is prepared in average diameter of 125nm and standard deviation of 44.69nm,at the conditions of electric strength of 1.4kV/cm,collection distance of 15cm,cellulose concentration of 1%,temperature of 298K and flow rate of 0.02 mL/min.
