宁波市服务型教育重点专业建设实践与探索

Construction of Key Specialty in Ningbo Service-oriented Education-Practice and Experience

宁波工程学院是宁波市地方本科院校,港口物流管理专业被列为首批宁波市服务型教育重点专业。本文重点综述与剖析了在该专业的建设与实践探索中,按地方重点产业需求确定专业建设方向与人才培养目标,提出了"知行合一、双核心协同"的人才培养模式,在理论教学体系与实践教学体系建设中突出应用型人才培养的特征,重视双证书培养、校企合作培养与平台建设等建设内容,并简述了专业建设的措施、成效与保障。

This paper discusses the experience and practice in the construction of port logistics management specialty in the way that its construction orientation and talent training objective are designed in accordance with the needs of local key industries, its talent training mode is that of integration of zhi and xing and coordination of double cores, the training of application - oriented talents is emphasized and so are two - certificate cultivation, university - enterprise cooperation and platform construction, etc. in the construction of both theoretical and practice teaching systems. Besides, the paper also briefly introduces the strategies, effects and assurance means taken in the specialty construction.
