Construction of Student Association Cadre Team in Vocational Colleges

文章对高职院校学生社团干部的素质提出了基本要求,对学生社团干部呈现的特点进行了分析,并以学生工作的实际出发,结合自己已有的经验,从学生社团干部的选拔、培养、考核等方面,提出了高职院校学生社团干部建设的几点想法。

This paper raises the basic requirements of the cadres of student associations in the higher vocational colleges, analyses the features and proposes suggestions for the construction of such cadre team in the light of selection, promotion , training and assessment of association cadres based on the actual student affairs and personal experience.
