摘要
本文通过动态吸附实验,研究了53D、100Cl、D301、D730、42Cl、LSA-5、TulsionADS600和LSD-012树脂对甘蔗澄清汁中天然色素的吸附效果;通过动态洗脱实验,研究了50%乙醇溶液对53D、100Cl、D301、D730、42Cl饱和树脂的洗脱效果;并对乙醇洗脱饱和53D树脂的条件进行了较详细的研究。结果表明,53D树脂对甘蔗澄清汁的天然色素具有较好的吸附效果,其平均吸附率为88%;50%乙醇溶液对饱和53D树脂的洗脱效果较好;乙醇洗脱饱和53D树脂的最佳条件为:温度为25℃、洗脱流速为2BV/h、乙醇浓度为50%、乙醇溶液的体积为2BV。重复实验表明,50%乙醇溶液能有效地洗脱饱和53D树脂。
The different adsorption property of several resins (53D, 100Cl, D301, D730, 42Cl, LSA-5, TulsionADS 600 and LSD-012) on the pigments of cane juice were studied and the elution of the pigments on 53D, 100Cl, D301, D730 and 42Cl resin was studied using 50% ethanol through dynamic experiments. In addition, ethanol elution conditions on 53D resin were also investigated. The results indicated that the 53D resin had best adsorption effects on the pigments from cane juice. The average adsorption rate of 53D resin on pigments of cane juice was 88%. The optimum elution conditions by 50% ethanol on the resin 53D were temperature 25 ℃, elution rate 2 BV/h, and ethanol concentration 50%. Repetition tests showed that the pigment absorbed on 53D resin can be eluted efficiently with 50% ethanol.
