摘要
用超临界CO2萃取+残渣醇提法提取毛胶,获得CO2提取物和CO2残渣醇提物,用GC-MS法分析两种提取物中醇提物化学成分,并与传统工艺醇提物比较,结果表明:湖南蜂胶的两种提取物分别有189个和200个成分,鉴定出其中88个和78个成分,与传统醇提物(仅有144个成分,鉴定出63个成分)相比均含有更多种类的烯、萜、醇、酚、酸、酯类和黄酮类等化学成分,醇提物总得率更高;黄酮类成分在残渣醇提物中含量更高,在CO2提取物的醇提物中为主要成分,在压力35MPa,温度32℃等超临界萃取条件下对蜂胶中部分黄酮类化合物的选择性较好。为蜂胶中更多活性物的深入研究和广泛开发应用提供实验依据。
Propolis was extracted by supemritical CO2 and the residue was further extracted by ethanol. The popolis and residue extracts were analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed there were 189 and 200 compositions in supercfitical CO2 exWact and residue ethanol extract, respectively, among which 88 and 78 compositions in supercritical CO2 extract and residue ethanol extract were identified, respectively. Compared with the Iradifional extract, more alkene, terpenoids, alcohols, phenols, acids, esters and flavonoids were found in the two extracts. Higher flavonoid concenwation was fotmd in the residue ethanol exlract, which was also the main composition of CO2 exlracts. The best supercritical CO2 extraction conditions were pressure 35 MPa and temperature 32 ℃, under which flavonoids had higher selectivity. It provided more data for the development and utilization of propolis.
