摘要
目的通过对低年资护士问卷调查,了解目前低年资护士对临床应急能力带教策略的满意度、兴趣及要求,并据此改进带教策略。方法自制调查问卷对129名低年资护士进行调查,内容包括对医院应急能力教学策略和带教老师应急能力带教的总体满意度,对现有6种应急能力带教方案的兴趣度,认为最佳的应急能力教学方案。对医院在应急能力教学方面的总体感觉,从带教老师应急能力、应急能力讲解示范、应急带教安排内容、科室重视应急带教程度4个方面进行评价;对带教老师应急能力带教的总体感觉,按应急理论和实践示范指导内容多少,是否结合多种教学方案教学和考核,带教经验是否丰富来评价。结果129名低年资护士中对医院教学策略不满意3名(2.3%),一般72名(55.8%),较满意36名(27.9%),很满意18名(14.0%)。对带教老师应急能力带教不满意12名(9.3%),一般76名(58.9%),满意41名(31.8%)。指导参与抢救是现有教学方案中低年资护士最感兴趣的,其次是情景模拟训练和教学查房,低年资护士最不感兴趣的教学方案是模拟考核。低年资护士认为案例分析是对应急能力的理论学习和实践学习最有帮助的带教方案。结论低年资护士对临床应急能力带教策略满意度一般,需根据低年资护士兴趣进一步改进和完善带教策略。
Objective To understand the satisfactory degree,interest and requirement of junior nurses for emergency response capabilities clinical teaching and to improve teaching methods.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was employed to survey 129 junior nurses in terms of teaching methods and teaching capability,interest degree on six present proposals,best teaching proposal and general sense.Evaluation was from the following aspects: clinical teacher’s ability,illustration,content and significance.General sense was from how the theory and clinical practice divided,whether various teaching methods combined with test,and whether with profound clinical teaching experience or not.Results 3 nurses(2.3%) were not satisfied with teaching method and only 18 nurses(14.0%) were very satisfied with it.12 nurses(9.3%) were not satisfied with teachers’ clinical ability while 41 nurses(31.8%) deemed oppositely.What junior nurses were interested in most was participating rescue,and situational training and clinical rounds rank second and third respectively.What nurses were not interested in most was situation test.Case analysis was regarded as the most helpful teaching methods.Conclusion Junior nurses are not very satisfied with clinical teaching for emergency response capabilities.Teaching methods need further improvement.
