摘要
目的探索"导师制"带教引入专科生的专科护理临床教学的方法与效果。方法2008年6月—2009年4月对在鼻科实习的42名大专护生实施"导师制"带教。确定导师资质,科室为护生指定临床导师。导师在护生的专科临床实习中,全程履行监督、指导、培训职责,进行周测评分析,反馈实习效果。结果护生出科理论考核、专科操作考核成绩与上一届护生比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。导师对护生的专科理论、护理技术操作、实习计划完成评价好的分别为85.7%、92.6%、88.1%,分别较上一届提高了7、11、8个比百分点。结论对大专护生实施导师制带教,提高了教学质量和教学效果,提高护生临床综合能力,并达到教学相长。
Objective To explore methods and effect of tutorial system for special clinical nursing teaching for college students.Methods Qualification of tutors was established,and tutors of special department were appointed for 42 nursing students from June 2008 to April 2009.Tutors performed supervision,guide,training during the whole clinical practice.Results The scores of theory and operating examinations were higher than those of previous students.Tutors were satisfied with specialist theory,nursing operation and completion of practice plan,accounting 85.7%,92.6% and 88.1%,respectively.Conclusion The teaching model of tutorial system is beneficial for both tutors and students.
