摘要
本文利用ANYSY/LS-DYNA显式动力学仿真软件,建立了土壤-甘蔗-切割器系统仿真模型,对甘蔗的切割过程进行模拟仿真。运用分层划分网格的方法,得到系统的有限元模型。通过模拟甘蔗在土壤支撑条件下的切割过程,得出了甘蔗在切割过程中最大剪应力曲线及单元的位移曲线。
In the paper,ANYSY/LS-DYNA explicit dynamics simulation software is used to build the system of soil-sugarcanecutter and carry out simulation model of sugarcane cutting process. The model is divided by the layered method,then the finite element model of the system is acquired. The cutting process of sugarcane is simulated under the conditions of supporting by the soil. The maximum shear stress curve and the element displacement curve in the cutting process are obtained.
