Design of Nd-Fe-B Permanent-magnet Generator Used in Light-duty Trucks

钕铁硼永磁发电机主要为轻型汽车蓄电池充电和用电设备供电,当钕铁硼永磁转子转动时,电枢绕组切割磁力线产生电动势。设计出了三相半波整流稳压器,使发电机输出电压稳定在规定范围内,解决了轻型汽车用钕铁硼永磁发电机的磁场不可调节、输出电压不稳定问题。

Nd-Fe-B permanent-magnet generator is mainly used to charge the storage battery and provide direct current for the electro-equipment on the light-duty vehicles. When Nd-Fe-B permanent-magnet rotor rotates,the armature coil cuts magnetic-curve,and produces electromotive force. Three-phase half-wave controlled commutation voltage regulator is designed,and the generator will output stable voltage which is about in a certain range and the problem of instable voltage and unadjustable magnetic-field generated by the vehicles＇ permanent-magnet generator is solved.
