摘要
目的了解乡镇卫生院与卫生室医护人员的总体幸福感及其与相关因素的关系。方法采用总体幸福感量表(GWB),对240名贵州省余庆县乡镇基层医护工作者进行调查测评,并运用SPSS 16.0统计软件进行分析。结果医护人员总体幸福感在性别和类别上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同职称和不同学历层次的医护人员总体幸福感差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),医师和护士的"焦虑"因子差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),较高学历和较低学历医护人员的"精力"因子差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在新农合推进的背景下,管理者应当重视医护人员的总体幸福感及其相关因素,探讨对策提高医护人员的幸福感。
Objective To explore general well-being of medical staff in township hospitals.Methods 240 medical staff were surveyed by General Well-being questionnaire,and the results were analyzed by SPSS 16.0.Results There is no significant difference in gender and category(P0.05),while significant in different education and different job title(P0.05).There is significant difference of relax or stress in doctors and nurses(P0.05),and energy factors between higher and lower educational medical staffs are significant deviation(P0.05).Conclusion The managers should attach importance to general well-being of medical staff and take measures to improve it.
