基于古今医案数据分析的消渴病证治规律研究

Study on Syndrome-Treatment and Prescription-drugs of Diabetes of TCM by Ancient and Modern Medical Records Date

通过对消渴病医案的文献整理,将频数、因子、聚类等现代统计学分析方法与计算机技术相结合,对消渴病的医案数据进行分析整理,探讨消渴病的发病规律、症候特点、用药规律等。在此基础上进一步分析指出消渴病的治疗过程中要分析具体病情,察轻重缓急,审证求因,将辨病论治与辨证施治有机的结合,并重视专病专方的作用。同时强调体制因素与情志因素在消渴病的发生、发展、演变过程中的重要意义。

This thesis probed the development of Diabetes of TCM and its syndrome-treatment and prescription-drugs through combining documentary study with computer technique and modern statistic method such as frequency,factor analysis and clustering analysis,and the further analysis showed that the Etiology and degree of priority should be analyzed in detail in the course of the treatment in order to obtain the diagnosis and treatment based on syndrome and disease differentiation.Simultaneously,special recipe for special disease should be paid more attention.Finally,system factors and emotion transfer had important significance in the course of Diabetes of TCM.
