健脾补肾益气养阴法对糖尿病大鼠降糖机理及对肝脏保护作用的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察以健脾补肾益气养阴法对链脲佐菌素(STZ)所致糖尿病(DM)大鼠降糖机理的研究,为其临床应用提供可靠的实验依据。方法:连续高糖高脂饮食4周后一次性腹腔注射STZ溶液,制造糖尿病大鼠模型,检测用药后10、20、30天FBG的变化、观察治疗后各组的一般情况、检测肝糖原、肝脏组织病理学的影响。结果:给药30天后,中高组血糖可明显降低大鼠血糖水平,与各治疗组比较效果显著(P<0.01);治疗后,肝糖原含量中高组高于其它各治疗组(P<0.01);肝组织病理表现为,各治疗组均有改善,以中高组效果显著。结论:该法可有效改善大鼠生存质量,有效控制DM模型大鼠的FBG;同时可增加STZ-DM模型大鼠的肝糖原含量,并且对STZ-DM模型大鼠肝脏具有一定的保护作用。 Objective:To observe the effect of invigorating the spleen and kidney beneifiting qi and nourishing yin on the prescription to STZ-DM diabetes for decreasing blood glucose and its mechanism.Methods:High-sugar high-fat diet for 4 weeks after the single intraperitoneal injection of STZ solution,manufacturing diabetic rat model,detection 10,20,30 days after treatment the changes in FBG were observed after treatment in each group in general,detection of liver glycogen,liver histopathology.Results:Delivery 30 days,the group can significantly reduce high blood sugar levels,compared with the effect of the treatment group significantly (P〈0.01);After treatment,the high group in liver glycogen content is higher than the treatment group (P〈0.01).liver tissue pathologye high treatment groups showed significant improvement.Conclusion:The method could improve the quality of life in rats,and the DM of rat's FBG had been controlled;At the same time,increase the STZ-DM rat model of liver glycogen content,and on the STZ-DM rats has a protective role in liver.
