Meta-analysis on Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的:评价针灸治疗肠易激综合征的有效性并对文献进行质量评价。方法:通过计算机和手工检索获得近10年内关于针灸治疗肠易激综合征的临床随机对照试验研究,并按照循证医学原则对文献质量进行评价,并对文献结果进行Meta分析。结果:有效性的异质性检验,χ2=9.32,P=0.41,P>0.05,无统计学意义,采用固定效应模型进行说明研究间效应量是同质的。二者合并效应量的估计,RR=1.28,其95%可信区间为(1.20,1.38),经Z检验,Z=7.13,P<0.00001,试验组和对照组疗效比较差异有统计学意义,并且菱形位于垂直线的右侧。结论:针灸治疗组疗效优于西药对症治疗组。

Objective：To summarize the effectiveness of acupuncture and moxibustion as a therapy for Irritable Bowel Syndrome（IBS）.Methods：RCTs were included,in which trials of acupuncture and moxibustion as a therapy for IBS in recent 10 years were extracted by computer and manual searching,for Meta-analyse.The methodological quality was assessed in accordance with the principles of EBM.Results：The fixed effect model was to be used and the tests for heterogeneity shows that there were no significant differences（ χ^2=9.32,P=0.41,P〈0.05 ）,which means the effectsizes of the trials were homogeneous.We combined and estimated two groups＇ effectsizes,RR=1.28,（95% CI-1.20 to 1.38）.Z test showed that the therapeutic effect of two groups were have significant differences （Z= 7.143,P〈0.00001）,and the rhombus was located at the right side of the medium line.Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on Irritable Bowel Syndrome is superior to that of western medicine.
