大黄虫合剂对免疫低下及正常小鼠T细胞亚群水平的影响

Study on the effect of Dahuangzhechong Mixture on T-lymphocyte Subsets in Hypoimmune and Normal Mice

目的:探讨大黄虫合剂对免疫功能的调节作用。方法:选取昆明种小鼠100只,随机分为非免疫抑制组(正常小鼠)和免疫抑制组,每组各50只。正常小鼠两次随机分为正常对照组、中药对照组(六味地黄组)、西药对照组(卡介苗多糖组)及大黄虫合剂大、小剂量组;免疫抑制组腹腔注射环磷酰胺复制疫低下小鼠,然后分为模型对照组、环+中药对照组、环+西药对照组及环+大黄虫合剂大、小剂量组。各组药物干预后处死小鼠摘取脾脏,用免疫组化的方法检测T细胞亚群含量。结果:大黄虫合剂能显著提高正常小鼠和免疫功能低下小鼠CD4+、CD8+的百分率及CD4+/CD8+比值(P<0.05)。结论:大黄虫合剂能够通过增强小鼠T淋巴细胞的免疫水平,显著提高机体的免疫功能。

Objective：To investigate the immune regulating function of Dahuangzhechong Mixture.Methods：50 mice induced hypoimmumty by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide were randomly divided into five groups：model group,TCM group which took Liuweidihuang agents,western medicine group which took BCG polysaccharide.and two groups with different dosages of Dahuangzhechong Mixture The rest 50 mice were also divided into the same 5 groups.Then the T-lymphocyte subsets were was detected by immunochistochemistry.Results：Dahuangzhechong Mixture Can significantly increase the percentage of CD4^＋,CD8^＋ and the ratio of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ in normal and hypoimmunity mice.（P〈0.05）Conclusion：Dahuangzhechong Mixture Can markedly enhance the the immune function in mice.
