慢性阻塞性肺疾病的护理干预

Nursing intervention for chronic obstructive pulmoary diseasenuring

目的了解护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者治疗依从性的影响。方法对COPD患者进行住院及出院后连续性护理干预,通过电话随访、工休座谈会、患者再次入院等方式了解患者治疗依从性的状况。结果患者入院前与出院1年后掌握COPD基本知识、戒烟、呼吸锻炼、家庭氧疗依从性进行比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论以电话随访、患者座谈会及疾病基本知识讲解等方式,可以直接与患者保持快捷、及时的联系,缩短了护患之间的距离,改善了患者的生活质量,从而提高了生存率。

Objective To study the influence of nursing intervention on therapeutic dependence of chronic obstrucive pulmonary disease.Methods Succession nursing intervention were performed on COPD patients during hospitalization and post-discharge.Through phone following-up,wardmates meeting and readm,the condition of therapeutic dependence of patients was gotten.Results There was significant defference between before admission and one year after discharging in the following indexes：grasping of elementary knowledge of COPD,stop smoking,breath training and dependence of home oxygen therapy （P0.05）.Conclusion Phone follow-up,wardmtes meeting and elementary knowledge of COPD explaining can keep in touch with patients promptly,shorten the distance of patients and nurses and improve the living quality of patients and raise the survival rate.
