月龄及体重对急性心肌梗死大鼠室颤发生率的影响

摘要 目的探讨月龄及体重对急性心肌梗死大鼠室颤发生率的影响。方法选择2月龄、180~250gSD大鼠(青年组),及15月龄、400~500gSD大鼠(老年组)各20只为研究对象;采用开胸直视结扎法结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支引起大鼠急性心肌梗死,手术前后及手术过程中心电监护并记录心电活动,分析比较组间室颤等心律失常发生率。结果在急性缺血性心肌梗死的SD大鼠模型中,老年组心律失常及室颤发生率显著高于成年组(心律失常发生率:85%vs25%,P<0.01;室颤发生率55%vs10%,P<0.01)。结论高月龄高体重老年大鼠急性心肌缺血后诱发室颤发生率明显高于低月龄低体重成年大鼠。 Objective To explore the impact of months of age and body weight of rats on the incidence of ventricular fibrillation(vF) in acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods 2-month-old,180~250 g SD rats (youth group),and 15-month-old,400~500 g SD rats (old group) were selected;AMI rats models were made by open-chest look directly method and the rats′ left coronary anterior descending artery were ligated.ECG was used to monitor and record cardiac electrical activity before and after surgical procedures.The incidences of vF and other arrhythmias were analyzed.Results In acute ischemic myocardial infarction rats,the incidences of vF and arrhythmia of old group were significantly higher than those of youth group (arrhythmia:85% vs 25%,P0.01;vF:55% vs 10%,P0.01).Conclusions The incidence of vF after AMI in elder and heavier rats is significantly higher than that of the younger and lighter adult rats.
