超声波对杜氏盐藻生长的刺激效应研究 被引量:2

摘要 以杜氏盐藻(Dunaliella salina)为实验材料,用超声波细胞均质仪作为超声装置对杜氏盐藻进行处理,分别设64 s和128 s两个时间强度处理,各时间强度均分16次、8次、4次、2次和1次五种间隔,以无超声波作用为对照。超声波作用解除后,将各处理在相同的培养条件下培养7 d,测定生长过程的吸光值、叶绿素a含量、最大光能转化效率、实际光能转化效和光合电子传递效率等指标。结果表明,在64 s和128 s两个总时间强度处理下,超声波短时间多次处理有利于杜氏盐藻的生长,使其吸光值、叶绿素a含量、最大光能转化效率、实际光能转化效率以及光合电子传递效率等指标均比对照有所提高。 To study the ultrasound hormesis on Dunaliella salina,an ultrasonic processor was used to produce the ultrasound.The total exposure times were 128 seconds and 64 seconds.Different groups were treated 16,8,4,2,and 1 time respectively.After the ultrasound exposure,the blank control group and treatment groups were simultaneously cultured under the same conditions for 7 days.During this time,the optical density,the content of chlorophyll a,Fv/Fm,the yield and the electron transport rate(ETR) were measured.The results indicated that with the ultrasound exposure times of 64 seconds and 128 seconds,the growth of Dunaliella salina would be promoted if it was treated many times with each subsequent exposure decreasing in length.The optical density,the content of chlorophyll a,Fv/Fm,the yield and the electron transport rate(ETR) also increased.
