摘要
针对目前土地整理生态效益评价中,指标法在因子选择和权重确定上易受评价者主观左右,而影响评价模型准确度的问题,以重庆黄泥堡地区为例,采用层次分析法(AHP法)对评价因子进行分析和综合评价,对其权重分配进行一致性检验,使得评价模型的构建较为客观,接近于实际分析要求。基于此评价模型得出结论:坡度、洪涝灾害、土层厚度和土壤质地是影响以该地区为代表的西南丘陵地区生态效益的主要因子,但不同分值段各类型土地生态效益的影响因子也不尽相同,对这些不同分值的土地利用类型,在开展土地整理时应采取针对性的措施。
Benefit assessment is the prerequisite for making scientific policy of land consolidation.Some practices severely affected the sustainable using of land resources for shortage of the Standard and restraint of ecological benefit.This paper takes advantage of Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) to analyze the factors which influence land exploitation and consolidation.Analytical Hierarchy Process and GIS are coupled to discuss the assessment of suitability in land exploitation and consolidation,and provide instruction for land consolidation.
