摘要 缓步动物是一种十分微小的水生无脊椎动物,用传统的形态分类学方法对其进行物种鉴定难度较大。DNA条形编码技术是近几年用于物种分类、鉴定等研究的一种新兴的分子学技术。 Tardigrada is a very small aquatic invertebrates,it is difficult to be identified by traditional morphological taxonomy.DNA Barcoding is a new method used for biology taxonomy and identification in recent years.
