摘要
为了了解中草药黄药子对疾病动物的抗炎作用,应用黄药子的甲醇提取物治疗二甲苯导致的耳廓肿胀模型小鼠与角叉菜胶导致的足趾肿胀模型大鼠,并检测了黄药子对小鼠的急性毒性作用。结果表明:黄药子甲醇提取物具有良好的抗炎作用,并具有在抗炎剂量内毒副作用小的优点。
In order to understand the anti-inflammatory effects of Chinese medicine for animal diseases,the methanol extracts of treat mice which auricle tumefaction led by xylene,auricle tumefaction inhibition and toxicity tests.Conclusion： methanol extracts from airpotato yam which had significant anti-inflammatory effect,and had advantages of low side effects in treat does.
