Surfactant played an important role in the soil remediation.This paper introduced the mechanism of the remediation of the soil polluted by heavy metal with surfactant,It provided an overview of the research advance of the surfactant in the soil remediation at home and abroad.It also summed up the factors that influence the surfactant to the remediation of the soil polluted by heavy metal.
