摘要 四点弯曲试验是ISO 13679标准规定的油井管接头评价试验中的一项。通过对比计算确立了四点弯曲力学模型,并以此为依据设计制造了四点弯曲试验设备,最终利用挠度法及应变片法测量狗腿度验证了力学模型的正确性及设备的合理性,并对比了两种方法的实用性。 Four-point bending test is one of the procedures for evaluation test of pipe connction which is stipulated by ISO 13679 standard.Authors hereby builtup a mechanical model of four-point bending.The equipment for four-point bending test was designed and manufactured by the mechanical model.Finally correctness of mechanical model and validity of the equipment were validated by flexibility and strain-gauging methods and contrasted the practicability between two testing method.
