摘要
采用机械反相乳化法,将甲基含氢硅油和端羟基二甲基硅油制备成自交联复合乳液。研究了乳化剂、乳化工艺、活性功能基氢和羟基含量,以及相对分子质量对乳液稳定性的影响。考察了自交联复合乳液的憎水防污性能。探讨了复合乳液的一些典型应用。
A self-crosslinking silicone emulsion was prepared with methyl silicone oil containing H and hydroxyl terminated dimethyl silicone oil by mechanical inversion emulsifying method.The effects of emulsifying agent and technique,active functional group hydric,hydroxyl content and molecular weight on the emulsion stability were studied.The hydrophobic stain resistance of the composite emulsion were also investigated.Some applications of the composite emulsion were discussed.
