直肠癌放射治疗的选择
摘要
近年来，随着全直肠系膜切除术（TME）的推广和综合治疗的规范应用，直肠癌的治疗效果得到提高。但由于其解剖特点，直肠癌在根治术后，局部复发仍是其治疗失败的主要表现方式，放疗或放化疗与根治性手术联合是直肠癌局部治疗的主要方法。放疗的目的主要为提高局部控制率、增加保肛的概率和功能、提高患者的生存率及生活质量。就有关直肠癌放疗的个体化治疗而言，
