妊娠期高血压病患者胎盘中Endoglin与肝X受体α的表达及意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的检测妊娠期高血压病患者胎盘中Endoglin与肝X受体α(LXRα)的表达及其相关性,探讨Endoglin与LXRα在妊娠期高血压病发病中的作用。方法收集2008年11月-2009年7月北京军区总医院收治的妊娠期高血压病患者68例(妊娠期高血压病组),其中包括妊娠期高血压(23例),轻度子痫前期(22例),重度子痫前期(23例),另收集20例正常妊娠妇女作为对照组。采用免疫组织化学方法检测所有患者胎盘组织中Endoglin及LXRα的表达,并分析两者的相关性。结果妊娠期高血压病组与对照组比较胎盘组织中Endoglin表达明显升高(P<0.01)。妊娠期高血压和轻、重度子痫前期患者胎盘组织中Endoglin表达逐渐增强,各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。妊娠期高血压病组胎盘LXRα表达水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);轻、重度子痫前期患者胎盘组织中LXRα表达强度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。妊娠期高血压病组胎盘组织中Endoglin与LXRα表达呈正相关(r=0.369,P<0.01)。结论孕妇胎盘组织中Endoglin、LXRα表达水平的变化与妊娠期高血压病的发病及病情发展有关。 Objective To investigate the expression of Endoglin and liver-X-receptor-alpha (LXR-α) in placenta from patients with pregnancy associated hypertensive disease and its significance, and to determine the relationship between Endoglin and LXR-α levels. Methods Sixty eight patients with hypertensive disease in pregnancy (pregnancy associated hypertension group) admitted to General Hospital of Beijing Command from Nov. 2008 to Jul. 2009 were collected, and divided into gestational hypertension group (23 cases), mild pre-eclampsia group (22 cases) and severe pre-eclampsia group (23 cases) according to patients' condition in pregnancy. Twenty normal pregnant women served as control. Expression of Endoglin and LXR-α were detected by immunohistochemistry, and the relationship between Endoglin and LXR-α levels was analyzed. Results The Endoglin expressions of placenta was significantly elevated in pregnancy associated hypertension group than in control group (P0.01). The Endoglin expressions of placenta increased gradually with significantly different levels among gestational hypertension, mild pre-eclampsia and severe pre-eclampsia groups (P0.05). The expressive level of LXR-α was obviously higher in pregnancy associated hypertension group than in control group (P0.05). The LXR-α expression of placenta was obviously higher in mild and severe pre-eclampsia patients than in control group (P0.05). There was a significant positive relationship between Endoglin and LXR-α in placenta in pregnancy associated hypertension group (r=0.369, P0.01). Conclusions The changes in expression levels of Endoglin and LXR-α are related to the occurrence and development of hypertensive disease during pregnancy.
