先进结构陶瓷与金属材料钎焊连接技术的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 先进结构陶瓷具有优异的高温力学性能,而金属材料具有良好的塑性及其可加工等性能,将两种材料连接起来可用于有特殊要求的场合,对典型的先进结构陶瓷(Al_2O_3、SiC和Si_3N_4等)与金属材料(钛合金、镍基合金和铜等)的钎焊连接工艺、钎料接头性能等方面的研究进展进行了综述,并对陶瓷与金属钎焊连接技术的发展方向进行了展望。 Advanced structural ceramics possess good high-temperature mechanical properties,and metal materials own good ductility and processability,etc.To weld the two materials could meet special needs,the recent development of the brazing joining technology of some typical advanced structural ceramics inclucting Al2O3,SiC and Si3N4,etc.and metal materials incluting Ti alloy,Ni alloy and Cu,etc and the joint properties are reviewed. Their development is viewed.
