生长因子在髁突软骨生长改建中作用机制的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 下颌骨偏斜是十分常见的错畸形,目前治疗手段单一且效率较低。随着基因工程的飞速发展,利用生长因子诱导髁突软骨细胞的成骨作用,从而调节两侧下颌骨的不对称已经成为可能。本文就能够刺激髁突软骨细胞成骨,诱导髁突生长发育的生长因子及相关研究进展进行综述。
