摘要 口腔癌的侵袭和转移是一个多步骤、多阶段、多因素调控、连续复杂的生物学过程,该过程涉及细胞黏附、细胞骨架重排、细胞迁移、基底膜降解、内渗、外渗及新克隆的形成。但是,目前其确切的分子机制仍不明了,本文将述评近年来有关口腔癌侵袭-转移级联过程中分子生物学研究进展。 The invasion and metastasis of oral cancer cell represents a complex, muhistep and consecutive process involving cell adhesion, cytoskeleton rearranged, degradations of basement membranes, intravasation, extravasation and colonization in the distant site. However, the exact molecular mechanisms of invasion and metastasis cascade in oral cancer are still unclear. The recent advances will be reviewed in this field.
