摘要
通过有限元模型模拟了沥青加铺层夹层材料和结构,计算分析得出合理加铺材料与结构;采用改进普通车辙仪的方法,模拟了荷载型反射裂缝(弯拉型和剪切型)的形成过程;研发了温度型反射裂缝(弯拉型)试验方法和层间水平拉伸试验平台;通过试验得出4种典型夹层材料和加铺结构的抗反射裂缝疲劳寿命和抗裂效果为:APP油毡>玻璃纤维格栅>土工布>无夹层材料.通过试验路验证了不同夹层材料的抗裂效果、室内试验体系和方法的可行性和有效性.
Through finite element model to simulate the overlay materials and structure,a reasonable overlay materials and structure were calculated and analyzed based on the analyses of fatigue tests of resistance of the asphalt overlay to reflective cracking at home and abroad in the lierature.A method for improving general rut instrument was put forward by using reciprocating loading mode of rutting wheel to simulate forming process of reflective cracking(flexural-tensile type and shear type) caused by load.A test method and tensile test platform in interlamination for reflective cracking(flexural-tensile type) induced by temperature was developed.Effect of the interlayer materials and overlay structures on resistance to reflective crack were clarified through above-mentioned tests.Test results show that the effectiveness of the materials to improve the resistance to reflective cracking has following order: APP asphalt feltgeotextile(glassfiber) geogridwithout interlayer material.The anti-cracking effect of the four kinds of typical overlay materials,the feasibility and effectiveness of the test system and methods are fully proved by the road test.
