鼻泪管逆行植入球头硅胶管术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床分析

Clinical analysis of reverse implantation of spherical headed silicon tube in nasolacrimal duct for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis

目的:观察、分析鼻泪管逆行植入球头硅胶管术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效及基层医院推广价值。方法:采用鼻泪管逆行植入球头硅胶管术治疗慢性泪囊炎35例37眼。结果:对35例37眼术后1a内进行随访,其中34眼治愈,溢泪解除,分泌物消失,3眼无效,治愈率92%。结论:鼻泪管逆行植入球头硅胶管术治疗慢性泪囊炎疗效确切,简单易行,费用低,基层医院值得推广。

AIM： To observe and analyse the clinical effect and promotive value in grass-roots hospitals of reverse implantation of spherical headed silicon tube in naso-lacrimal duct for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis. METHODS： Thirty-seven eyes of 35 cases with chronic dacryocystitis were treated with reverse implantation of spherical headed silicon tube in naso-lacrimal duct. RESULTS： Thirty-seven eyes of 35 cases were followed up for 1 year, of which 34 eyes were cured with no epiphora and the secretions disappeared. 3 eyes were ineffective and the cure rate was 92%. CONCLUSION： Reverse implantation of spherical headed silicon tube in naso-lacrimal duct for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis has a definite effect. It should be promoted in grass-roots hospitals because of its simplicity and low-cost.
