摘要
目的：探讨不同程度外伤性前房积血的治疗方法。
方法：对我院2005-01/2009-02收治的158例外伤性前房积血进行回顾性分析。
结果：Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级外伤性前房积血无再出血及继发性青光眼者预后较好。Ⅲ级外伤性前房积血，尤其是有再出血及继发青光眼者预后较差。
结论：正确治疗，正确把握外伤性前房积血的手术时机，选择好恰当的手术方法，是提高治疗效果的关键。
AIM： To investigate the treatment method of traumatic hyphema according to different degrees.
METHODS：Admitted to our hospital from 2005-01 to 2009-02, 158 cases of traumatic hyphema were analyzed retrospectively.
RESULTS： Ⅰ and Ⅱ stage of traumatic hyphema without further bleeding and secondary glaucoma was of good prognosis. Ⅲ level of traumatic hyphema, especially with re-bleeding and secondary glaucoma was of poor prognosis.
CONCLUSION： Proper treatment, the grasp of correct traumatic hyphema operation time and a proper surgical approach are the key measures to improve treatment effect.
