第四代抗精神病药物克塞平

摘要克塞平(常用名Loxapine,Loxitane,Loxiatane)临床常用制品为琥珀酸克塞平,其化学名为[2-氯-11(4-甲基-1-对二氮哌嗪)]属三环二苯氧氮平类衍生物。克塞平是在第九届国际神经精神药理学会首次报道的第四代抗精神病药物。其化学结构与酚噻嗪类、硫杂蒽类。
