Rapid Determination of Total Phosphorus in Water by Microwave Sample Digestion-Spectrophotometric Method

本文报道利用微波消解—分光光度法测定水中总磷,与经典的压力锅消解和硝酸—高氯酸消解法相比较,测定结果符合、精度水平一致,操作简便、安全、快速,适合于大批量样品分析,经F检验法及t检验法检验,三种消解法分析结果没有明显差异。

A method for rapid determination of total phosphorus in water by microwave sample digestion-spe ctrophotometric method is reported in this paper. The method shows the advantages of simple operation, safety, high analysis speed over the traditional sample digestion method and suitable for large batch analysis. F-test and t-test prove that the method is reliabl.
