蒙文通是疑古运动中涌现出来的古史专家。他的中国传说时代古史研究既与"疑古派"学分两途,同时二者间又存在着千丝万缕的联系。剖析蒙氏之学并参考"疑古派"以外学人的正面性评价,对于今天正确认识"古史辨派"疑古运动具有一定的表征意义。

Meng wentong is a historian of ＂Ku-shih-pien＂ school.Although his research of ＂Legendary Period in Ancient China＂ is different from which was done by ＂Yigupai＂,there are still countless relations between them.The analyzing of Meng wentong＇s thought as well as the references of positive evaluations made by other scholars,really have some referential significance in comprehending and appraising ＂Ku-shih-pien＂ school.
