Determination of the content of chlorhexidine in wet wipes by HPLC

目的:建立一种用HPLC法测定湿巾中醋酸氯已定含量的方法。方法:用1%冰醋酸做提取液,进行水浴恒温振荡提取,采用C18柱,乙腈-三乙胺溶液(30∶70)为流动相,检测波长为258nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:醋酸氯已定在9～81μg/ml范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9999,该方法回收率为98.83%,RSD=0.4%(n=9)。结论:本方法操作简便、可靠,结果准确,重现性好,可作为该湿巾的质量控制方法。

Objective： To establish the determination of the content of chlorhexidine in wet wipes by HPLC. Methods： Done with 1% acetic acid extract to extract water bath temperature oscillations, the chromatographic column was C 18. Mobile phase is acetonitrile-triethylamine solution with ratio of 30 than 70. The detection wavelength was 258 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Results： Chlorhexidine acetate in 9 to 81 μg/ml, correlation coefficient was 0.999 9, the average recovery was 98.83%, RSD was 0.4% （n=9）. Conclusion： The method is simple, reliable, accurate, reproducible and can be used for quality control of the wipes.
